Return and Refund Policy

At ShirtZone, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund process. Please review the following policy:

1. How Do I Return?
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Enter your order number and the email address/phone number used during the purchase in the required fields.
Click Start and follow the instructions to select the items you want to return or exchange.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Please make sure to apply for a return/exchange after the order has been delivered.

2. Returnable Items
You can return your items under the following conditions:

Return Timeframe: Items must be returned within 2 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and in the original packaging.
Exclusions: The following items are non-returnable:
Used products
Products with perfume spray or fragrance


3. Return Charges
Please note the following charges for returns:

A 100 INR return fee applies to each return request.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the return shipping charges (100 INR).

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a refund link via PhonePe will be sent to your email after the product has been inspected.
If you want the used product returned, shipping charges will be borne by the customer before the item is shipped back.
A 100 INR shipping charge will be deducted from the total refund amount for each return.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition.
Products with perfume sprays or fragrances.
Free or promotional items.

6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately. Once your order is shipped, the return process must be followed.

7. Changes to the Return and Refund Policy
ShirtZone reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Please review this page periodically for updates.
